Level 1

You learn the basics and fundamentals of yoga poses. This includes proper alignment, breathing techniques and the use of props as a means of assistance. Through a step-by-step practice, you’ll grow confident in your yoga poses. Our level one classes are designed for both beginners and experienced yogis. We recommend that you complement our online classes with studio classes, in order to get hands-on guidance.

Don't Wait, Just Move

We start right away, all you need is your mat. We move through the body with sun salutations, standing postures and some core.

Backbend with Ease

A ten minute practice to open the front of the body. Start on a supported bridge pose allowing yourself some time to slowly open your back.

Easy Flow

Easy flow is the ideal class for those days when you need gentle flow. Give yourself time to open up your body and use a pair of blocks to access your spine slowly.

Open Your Hamstrings

Twenty minutes to bring all your awareness to your hamstrings. Take your time and stretch the back of your legs in different ways to slowly reach splits.

Quick Passed

Move through a quick passed vinyasa class. Just move and let your body move without having time to think about anything else. Perfect flow to start your day or to use after any other training.

Halftime: Happy Baby Flow

Arguably the most relaxing-sounding yoga pose, Happy Baby is a great platform for hip-opening and core awareness. Take 30 minutes to experience the majestic beauty of the Happy Baby Flow.

Happy Hour: Seated Twists

This 45-minute “Happy Hour” centers around your spine and how to best rotate your torso around it; learn to twist from the inside out, unwinding your body’s inner tension.

This 30-minute class is built around standing poses, so expect a good amount of leg and core work mixed with smooth transitions and single-leg balances.

The floor series starts with wind removing pose and is followed by a series of poses aimed to strengthen the back. Practice your backbend from a place of strength.

Traditionally, the standing series is considered a warm up for the floor poses. Practice with me as we explore the floor poses in Hot 26.

Finish up the floor series strong with asanas that will open the front and back side bodies, hips, shoulders, and lungs.
