Fierce Grace Yoga Classic Sequence

Posted on 2019-05-31

Fierce Grace is a revolutionary yoga system of interconnected classes that suit all ages and fitness levels. Fierce Grace Yoga was created by Michelle Pernetta that brought Bikram Yoga to London in 1994. Now she gives practitioners the chance to achieve the ultimate blend of strength and flexibility for both body and mind.

Fierce Grace is a blend of hatha yoga, Bikram, and Ashtanga yoga. It is sequenced in ways that adhere to ancient yogic principles as well as the latest cutting-edge research on attaining optimum results in the minimum amount of time, Fierce Grace is a unique series of 8 different classes based on the same core poses and principles, each with a different emphasis, duration, and intensity.

"With Fierce Grace I have created the yoga classes I always wanted to do myself. Presented in five ways which address our changing needs, it is taught in a motivating and straightforward way that empowers the student to become their own teacher and connects them with the backbone of real spirituality, while getting them super fit and healthy." Michele Pernetta,

The variety of classes gives practitioners different options to suit their experience, schedule, and mood while still working together as a whole. Show up to any class, and you will always get the core poses, and the hot yoga experience her studios built their reputation on.

In this post, we cover the "classic"  the other classes are Fierce Grace, WILD, Deep Core, Fierce (aka The Beast), The Fix, IN and S.O.B are designed to be accessible and effective for everyone. See them all at Fierce Grace Homepage
