This hip class is designed to bring a little bit more stability and strength onto our hip/pelvic area. We all spend quite sometime opening up our hips, let's balance that by focusing on active internal and external hip rotation.

If my hips are especially in-flexible will bending my knees inward significantly effect the benefit of this? or should I try a more basic hip exercise? Thanks for all your classes!
Hi Kelsey, you can try sitting on a pillow and see if that helps. Bending your knees it's ok, you will still see benefits.
