tks! this one was great... aunque aun no llego a lograr la vertical ni a pararme todas las veces sin apoyar las manos... i need to keep trying and practicing! lo sé and that's nice!

fun quick flow! Loved it, but I think it will be a while before I can get close to the ground without my heels coming up as well as being able to get up without rocking!! phew!
Hi Jenny! I know, that's hard, it depends in many parts of the body to be able to get there, but that's not the point, as long as you do your best, you are doing it right!
