I love working on legs, thanks so much for adding those videos. This burnt good and will be using to focus in my practice.

Thank you Lizette! I can't get down nearly as low in chair. Is this flexibility or strength that I need to work on, both?
I can be a combination of many things, (ankles, hips, knees, all of these when they flex and both in the strength as in flexibility) hard to say without looking at you :)
