Meditation to Clear Your Head Before Sleep

Often, we are not aware of the incessant flow of thoughts until we stop for a moment and let go of distractions. This can then become a cause for anxiety as the continuous thinking, regretting, planning and worrying will not let us find rest. This bedtime mediation helps clear the head and move that constant flow of mental energy downward so that we can come to rest feeling grounded and perhaps find some space between the thoughts.
